PORTUGAL.. ASALNYA RISOLLES..

Anak solehah kat rumah kata lamaaaaa tak buat Risolles.. 

Assalamualaikum & Salam Sejahtera..


Buat 2 versi, Ayam Mushroom & Daging Kerutuk.. Asal Portugal rupanya...


A rissole (from Latin russeolus, meaning reddish, via French in which "rissoler" means "to [make] redden") is a large circular ball, enclosed in pastry or rolled in breadcrumbs, usually baked or deep fried. It is filled with savory ingredients, most often minced meat or fish, and is served as an entrée, main course, or side dish. Rissoles originated in Portugal. (Wikipedia)


Minced Chicken (Ramly), Carrot & Button Mushroom dalam tin semua di cincang/dadu kecik atau masuk food processor aje.. Tumis dgn bawang besar cincang/dadu. Masukkan hirisan daun saderi, garam & lada sulah. Bancuh sedikit air dgn tepung gandum, utk pekatkan (last sekali). Tak ada sukatan tetap, main letak apa yg ada di dapur. Tapi bahan asas mcm di atas lah..


1 cawan tepung, 1 telur & air secukupnya.. Ni je lah resipi yg selalu guna..


Sebelum digulung..


Tunjuk yg elok2 je.. Hehe.. Ada sebahagian yg terkoyak..


Siap dicelup telur & breadcrumbs..


Dibekukan dulu semalaman dalam tray.. Tak sempat nak masuk plastik lagi..


Dah beku baru masukkan dlm plastik 8 ketul..
