POGOSHIPPO.. RINDU... RINDU...

Hubby kerje weekend ni.. Plant masih shutdown..

Zharif baru 3 bulan umurnya.. Betol2 masa tu perayaan CHUSEOK ni.. Punyalah haru sebab kedai banyak tutup.. Alhamdulillah bawak makanan segera sikit2.. Idok le kebulur di negara orang... Tetiba rasa rindu jugak kat Seoul & Korea... Hampir setahun kami menetap di sana... Part yang agak2 rindu, memangnya musim AUTUMNnya seperti sekarang ni & jugak makanan2 nya... Mana2 pi pon, mesti ingat makan je mulut ni.. Huwa hahahaa...

(Chuseok : Harvest Festival/Korean Thanksgiving)
추석 (Chuseok) is one of the biggest national holidays in Korea along with 설날 (Lunar New Year) and 단오/ 수릿날 (Spring festival). It is often referred to as the Korean Thanksgiving, and it is during this 3-day holiday where Koreans travel back to their 고향 (hometown) to celebrate together, share stories and 맛있는 음식 (delicious food), and most importantly, to give thanks to their 조상 (ancestors).

Koreans wake up in the wee hours of the morning on the day of 추석 to perform 차례. This ceremony is not all that dissimilar from the ritual performed in days past. By dressing in traditional 한복 and setting a table with an abundance of foods, with the star of the table usually being freshly harvested rice, the family gives thanks to their ancestors. They then sit down at the table to enjoy the meal that is representative of their blessings from their ancestors..

Yang bawah ni masak kemarin dulu hari Selasa.. Bebudak ni memang ada darah Korea gamaknya.. Asyik dok mintak Topokae je.. Sebab baru beli rice cake minggu lepas.. Borong kat supermarket Korea area Ampang..

Tumis bawang putih.. Masuk la segala mala unta, kambing, buaya, sayur mayur & semestinya Red Pepper Paste Korea (GOCHUJANG) & jugak air 7-up ikut kepekatan yang disukai.. Tak susah tau.. Yang ni sebab ada Fish Cake & Carrot & Daun Sup yang hampir layu.. Maka itulah penyeri Topokae hari tu..

TOPOKAE... Cenggini je rupanya...

Marsha punya Topokae... Sebelum tambah Gochujang (last2 tu) masa masak, keluarkan sikit utk Marsha.. Sebab dia takmo pedas.. Tapi dia nak tabur Cheese..
