"KULIT ROTI" RECIPES..

As promised (alamak malu la...), ni lah dia resipi-resipi "kulit roti" yang tidak lah seberapanya... Strictly untuk santapan anak beranak sahaja sebab rupanya yang keremet mot tu...
Sila lah modify untuk citarasa masing-masing.....




"BREAD PUDING"
---------------------------------
2 eggs
120 gm sugar (~1/2 cup)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder (or less.. ikut selera)
270 ml fresh milk (~1 1/2 cup)
30 gm butter-melted (~1-2 teaspoon)
1/3 cups of raisins
220 gm stale bread or "kulit roti"

~ Preheat oven to 180c degrees.
~ Lightly beat eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, milk and butter.
~ Throw in bread and raisins, soak for 5 minutes.
~ Pour mixture into greased dish.
~ Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes or
until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
~ Serve warm with Chocolate Sauce (kalau nak..)


"CHOCOLATE SAUCE"
----------------------------
200ml fresh milk (~1 cup)
125 gm cooking chocolate (~1/2 bar)
1 teaspoon butter
2 tablespoon sugar (ikut suka hati..)

~ Heat all in a pan over a very low fire until the mixture thickens...

OR :-
2 glasses of MILO or CHOCOLATE drink
1 tablespoon of corn flour

~ Heat all in a pan over a very low fire until the sauce thickens...
~ Ni keje orang rajin macam saya laaa..


"PLAIN BREAD AGAR-AGAR"
-------------------------------------
1 liter water
10 gm agar-agar powder
(here me no find agar2 tali rafia tu)
1-2 cups of stale breads or "kulit roti"

~ Boil water and agar-agar until agar-agar dissolves.
~ Throw in the breads, pour in dish, let cool & set.
~ Serve with Fruit Cocktail Sauce


"FRUIT COCKTAIL SAUCE"
-----------------------------------
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of sugar

~ Boil until sugar dissolves, let cool..

1 can of Fruit Cocktail
1 can of Evaporated Milk (Ideal, Carnation etc...)

~ Mix all....



"BREAD CARAMEL PUDING"
-------------------------------------
4 tablespoon sugar

~ Heat the sugar in a pan over medium heat, stirring often
until the sugar melts and turns a golden brown.
~ Pour into dish and swirl to ensure caramel is even.
~ Set aside
~ ps:- He he.. I use my heatproof dish, terus masak gula dalam tu..

6 eggs
1 can of Evaporated Milk (Ideal, Carnation etc..)
120 gm of sugar (~1/2 cup)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup of stale bread or "kulit roti"
1/4 cup raisins
A pinch (or more...) of cinnamon powder

~ Lightly beat eggs, milk, sugar & vanilla until sugar dissolves
~ Pour mixture into caramelized dish (yang kat atas tu...)
~ Throw in stale bread & raisins, sprinkle with cinnamon powder
~ Soak for 5 minutes
~ Steam for 20 minutes

Bagusla resepi ni semua guna roti. Tak membazir. Ada ker resepi roti yang kasik beranak cepat. Heheheh

zakiah: slow2.. buat2 bertenang nak beranak tu.. syoknya dah tak lama tu.. baca doa byk2..

azie: kenkadang buat bread pie, base dia roti, topping minced meat & sayur2 tp tak laku sgt dgn budak2 ni..

sedap puding roti resipi you ni , lembut and moist. Pagi tadi buat terus my son kata pandai mama...

ni yg di kata tambah nilai.. kalau tengok kulit roti tu memang tak berselera tapi bila dah di jelmakan semula sebagai puding.. mak aii meleleh air liur hehe

zino: dulu memang buang je tapi bila potong satu plastik roti, banyak betul rupanya. rasa bazir je, tu yg simpan & terpaksa kejekan jadi kuih..

simah: kalau banyak sangat bahan, mau tak jadi kuih tu. saya ni bukan rajin bebenor..

mamasarah: sama2.. ada orang lain buat lagi sedap, bahan2 pun byk tp saya ni malas..

sebenarnya bukan penggemar roti sangat, tapi resepi ni nampak mudah, dan nampak menyelerakan pulak..hehe. Thanks letak kat sini, bolehlah jengah bila nak mencuba nanti..:D

yus: dulu pun saya tak suka, tapi lepas makan kat rumah akak sorang tu, best gila puding roti dia. tang tu la baru suka. tp saya modify utk citarasa orang malas macam saya..

old town: kat msia roti kan lembut2, tak yah potong kulit. sini kulit roti keras, tu yg kena potong.. nak buang byk bebenor..

lollies: kot ada resipi caramel lain, boleh la campak je roti dlm tu. kalau u susun lagi cantik, i ni species malas...
